Exterior and interior renovation / remodel / addition plans were developed for this newly purchased commercial site to transform it into a highly visible furniture retail outlet. The main emphasis was the frontage, as it is on a busy thoroughfare. Through our past marketing experience, we developed this high traffic count frontage to maximize the owners advertising dollars. We developed a design that was contemporary and caught the passerby's eye, without being obtrusive. Working with a structural engineer, we quickly moved the plans through a jurisdiction that was not known for its friendly attitude toward commercial development. And we did it in a way that was easy for the owner to maintain his goals without the usual bureaucratic nightmare.
